We are a baby and children's boutique located in McKinney, TX, just north of Dallas, TX - not just an online store operating out of our home. We are always available during normal store hours, and in addition, we try to respond to emails quickly, even when they are sent outside of business hours, since we know that some of our shopping Moms are nightowls. Sure we have problems from time to time, but the difference is that we truly care that you are not getting your product on time or that you weren't happy with your purchase. Placing an Order

Your order can be placed 24/7 by ordering on our website. Online ordering is simple and convenient; just browse our selection, click the "Add to Cart" next to the item you desire, and follow the online instructions.

Payments & Sales Tax

GiggleBrush Designs accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Because GiggleBrush Designs operates in Texas, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a Texas address. Those who live outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax on any orders placed with GiggleBrush Designs, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Security

Your online transactions with GiggleBrush Designs are protected by SSL and authenticated by Comodo. In addition, we use Authorize to securely process all transactions. We do not capture credit card information and request phone numbers and email addresses for our information only. These are never passed on to any third parties or used for third party solicitation.

Terms and Conditions

Our artisans' rates and products offered may vary from time to time. When placing orders, charges listed in your Shopping Cart, including the item pricing, are subject to correction in the event there is an error in calculation. If a pricing error occurs, GiggleBrush Designs will contact you before proceeding with your order.

GiggleBrush Designs works diligently to only offer products designed with children's safety in mind; however, GiggleBrush Designs cannot be liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site.

Shipping Information

GiggleBrush Designs ships merchandise via UPS and FedEx in the USA and Canada. **Furniture shipped only to the USA 48 States. Large items are usually shipped with freight carriers. You will be notified of the carrier once your item(s) ship.

Information Regarding Freighted Items (furniture/large items):

  1. Standard Delivery:
    1. The freight company will call ahead to make sure someone is there to sign for delivery. Tracking numbers and information will be emailed to you as your product ships. We encourage you to track it online, or call the freight company for an estimated time of delivery. If re-delivery is necessary, you will incur additional charges.
    2. Your order will arrive on a tractor trailer to your address.
    3. The driver will unload the freight and deliver to your front door.
    4. * please note standard delivery can take 7-14 business days in transit.
  2. Standard Plus Delivery:
    1. The delivery agent will call to make an appointment with you, usually offering a 2-4 hour window of delivery.
    2. Your order will arrive on a small truck to your address.
    3. The items will be moved from the truck and delivered to the room of your choice (limit two story home). They will unbox/discard packaging, but cannot setup furniture due to liability.
    4. * please note standard plus delivery can take up to 14 business days in transit.
    5. **Standard Plus is Included with all Stanley Furniture and Newport Cottages orders.
    6. ** Not available in all areas.

  4. In the case of a return, if your order qualified for free shipping to get the item to you, this amount will be deducted should you decide to return the merchandise. For example, if you order cost $99 and we did not bill you for shipping, but the postage cost GiggleBrush $10, you would only be refunded $89 if you returned the item(s).
  5. Important Information for Receiving Freight:
    1. Inspect your cartons carefully for any kind of tears, rips, dents, crushed corners, etc. If the container appears damaged, wet, etc., please open the container while the driver waits and inspect the merchandise. If anything is damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery of the entire shipment.
    2. If the box appears possibly damaged, but the items inside are in good condition, please note the issues on the receipt before signing (dented, wet, etc.). This will help resolve issues should you find a problem later.
    3. If your merchandise is damaged, but you do not refuse the entire shipment, please keep all original containers for inspection.
    4. Please notify us immediately of any problems you encounter at 1-800-609-3426.
  • Important Information for Canadian Shipments:
    1. GiggleBrush Designs ships to any state in the USA, as well as Canada. If you are placing an order to be shipped to Canada, we do not collect for Canadian taxes and UPS brokerage fees. For more information as to what your fee will be on the import, please contact Canadian Border Services at 1-800-461-9999. We will gladly accept returns in new and unused condition; however, you would be responsible for all return shipping fees as well as our fees to get the product to you (since we do not charge for base shipping on orders over $99.00). In addition, shipments in route cannot be cancelled due to customs process. You must first receive your order and then return the order with the appropriate paperwork. Let us know if you have any questions regarding Canadian shipments before placing your order - thank you!
  • Cancellations/Returns/Exchanges

    GiggleBrush Designs is dedicated to making this a pleasant and fun shopping experience. We will strive to remedy any problems, but we ask that you contact us within 14 days if you are unhappy with your order. Returns in new condition, in the original packaging are fully refundable, less the shipping fees it cost GiggleBrush to get the item to you. For example, if your order cost $99 or above, it qualifies for free shipping and you would not be billed for shipping to get the order to you. However, if you returned the order, you would be credited $99, less the postage GiggleBrush paid to get the item(s) to you.

    Returns must be received within 21 days unless prior authorization has been given. Exceptions will be made if the gift was purchased from the baby registry. Please notify us prior to shipping the return so that we may properly credit your account.

    Because our artisans craft custom items, such as custom bedding orders (these are made to order sets only), monogrammed items, furniture and painted decor to your specifications, GiggleBrush Designs cannot accept returns of these items. Cut fabric and rugs may not be returned.

    If an order for bedding is made in combination with the purchase of custom painted items at a reduced price, the bedding may still be returned; however, the custom items will be marked at the regular full price and only the difference refunded.

    Items that may not be returned:

    Lighting may not be returned; however, some of our artisans allow exchanges for a restocking fee. If you need to exchange a lighting item, please call us and we will see what can be done.

    Custom Bedding items may not be returned - these include items by Maddie Boo, Doodlefish, Caden Lane and New Arrivals, as well as all custom designed sets by GiggleBrush Designs.

    Freight items may not be returned. These include furniture such as cradles, cribs, armoires, gliders, etc., as well as any rug over size 2.8 x 4.8 feet. If you have a question as to what is considered 'freight', please contact us prior to your order. *Please see the shipping section to read important information regarding receiving freight.

We collect email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses only for the purpose of fulfilling orders which are placed. We will not call you unless we have a question regarding your order or shipping information.
