Payments & Sales Tax
GiggleBrush Designs accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Because GiggleBrush Designs operates in Texas, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a Texas address. Those who live outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax on any orders placed with GiggleBrush Designs, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.
Your online transactions with GiggleBrush Designs are protected by SSL and authenticated by Comodo. In addition, we use our bank institution to securely process all transactions. We do not capture credit card information and request phone numbers and email addresses for our information only. These are never passed on to any third parties or used for third party solicitation.
Terms and Conditions
Our artisans' rates and products offered may vary from time to time. When placing orders, charges listed in your Shopping Cart, including the item pricing, are subject to correction in the event there is an error in calculation. If a pricing error occurs, GiggleBrush Designs will contact you before proceeding with your order.
GiggleBrush Designs works diligently to only offer products designed with children's safety in mind; however, GiggleBrush Designs cannot be liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site.

GiggleBrush Designs ships merchandise via UPS and FedEx in the USA. **Furniture shipped only to the USA 48 States. Large items are usually shipped with freight carriers. You will be notified of the carrier once your item(s) ship.

- Standard Delivery:
- The freight company will call ahead to make sure someone is there to sign for delivery. Tracking numbers and information will be emailed to you as your product ships. We encourage you to track it online, or call the freight company for an estimated time of delivery. If re-delivery is necessary, you will incur additional charges.
- Your order will arrive on a tractor trailer to your address.
- The driver will unload the freight and deliver to your front door.
- *Please note standard delivery can take up to 7 - 14 business days in transit. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather.
- Standard Plus Delivery (or White Glove Delivery):
- The delivery agent will call to make an appointment with you, usually offering a 2-4 hour window of delivery.
- Your order will arrive on a small truck to your address.
- The items will be moved from the truck and delivered to the room of your choice (limit two story home). They will unbox/discard packaging, but cannot setup furniture due to liability. *Please note some freight companies will offer to assemble your furniture at no charge. This service is provided through the freight company, not GiggleBrush Designs, and usually requires a signed release. Please be aware that we cannot help resolve problems if items are assembled incorrectly. You will need to speak with the freight company. We DO NOT recommend the assembly of cribs by any third party.

In the case of a return, if your order qualified for free shipping to get the item to you, this amount will be deducted should you decide to return the merchandise. For example,
if you order cost $99 and we did not bill you for shipping, but the postage cost GiggleBrush $10, you would only be refunded $89 if you returned the item(s).
- Important Information for Receiving Freight:
- Inspect your items carefully. Once the freight company leaves your home, items will be unable to be replaced due to damage in transit. Please notify us immediately of any problems you encounter at 1-800-609-3426. You have the right to refuse delivery if your products are damaged.

GiggleBrush Designs is dedicated to making this a pleasant and fun shopping experience. We will strive to remedy any problems, but we ask that you contact us within 14 days if you are unhappy with your order. Returns in new condition, in the original packaging are fully refundable, less the shipping fees it cost GiggleBrush to get the item to you. For example, if your order cost $99 or above, it qualifies for free shipping and you would not be billed for shipping to get the order to you. However, if you returned the order, you would be credited $99, less the postage GiggleBrush paid to get the item(s) to you.
Returns for items purchased online must be received within 21 days unless prior authorization has been given and must include a sales receipt. Items purchased in our store must be returned within 14 days and accompanied with a receipt. If you have lost your receipt, we usually have the information on file; however, please first confirm prior to returning. Exceptions will be considered if the gift was purchased from the baby registry. Please notify us prior to shipping the return so that we may properly credit your account.
*Serena and Lily Items - Please note effective July 1, 2011, there is now a 15% restocking fee on all Serena and Lily items that are returned. They must also be returned within 14 days and in first quality/newly packaged condition. Please call with questions.
Items that may not be returned:
*Clearance merchandise (items discounted by 30% or more) and store floor models may not be returned.
Because our artisans craft custom items, such as custom bedding orders (these are made to order sets only), monogrammed items, furniture and painted decor to your specifications, GiggleBrush Designs cannot accept returns of these items. Cut fabric and rugs may not be returned.
Lighting may not be returned; however, some of our artisans allow exchanges for a restocking fee. If you need to exchange a lighting item, please call us and we will see what can be done.
Custom Bedding items may not be returned - these include items by House, Maddie Boo, Doodlefish, Caden Lane and New Arrivals, as well as all custom designed sets by GiggleBrush Designs.
Freight items may not be returned. These include furniture such as cradles, cribs, armoires, gliders, etc., and all rugs of any size. If you have a question as to what is considered 'freight', please contact us prior to your order. *Please see the shipping section to read important information regarding receiving freight.
Clearance merchandise and store floor models may not be returned.

GiggleBrush Designs upholds the warranties offered by our manufacturers and artisans. Because the duration and scope of our manufacturers' warranties vary, we encourage you to contact a GiggleBrush Designs customer care specialist for specific warranty information on our products.
GiggleBrush Designs does not share any private information with any other parties. We collect email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses only for the purpose of fulfilling orders which are placed. We will not call you unless we have a question regarding your order or shipping information.
