Choosing the right bedroom furniture is a difficult task. You should begin by focusing on the size of the room and the options of furniture that would work in that environment. Factor in how long you would like to keep this bedroom set and what age range the child will be. Can the baby dresser also be used as a children's dresser for an older child? Questions like these help to save time and money in the future.
A child that has always been in the 95% in height, may need a full or queen size bed from the beginning and a child's dresser to hold larger clothes in the future. You can possibly use a separate Bratt Decor changing tray on a kid dresser instead of the traditional changing table. Don't make the mistake of purchasing a twin, only to outgrow it in two years. A trundle bed might not be comfortable in a few years for the taller child since there are no box springs. Although, a trundle is perfect for sleepovers with friends or to use as a safe landing (pulled out) when the child is first moving from crib to big kid bed.
One parent's solution may not be the best solution for you and your child. Every child is different and we like it that way!
